You must already have a valid
License
Key for the Light-O-Rama
SuperStar Sequencer.
You can
then upgrade to a higher level to unlock the additional features of
that level.
In most
cases, you will receive a license key via Email within minutes of your
purchase. To activate new features, the upgrade form can be
found in the
Help Menu of the Sequence Editor. (Note: Your key will not change so
you do not need to re-enter it.)
You will
use the same software
that you have today. Your existing License Key will be updated in our
server to unlock the SuperStar features. Once upgraded, you will need
to
re-register your software using the existing key.

You must use the same email address that you used for your
original order. If you no longer have access to that email address then
you must change the email address associated with your License Key.

| Which
version do I need: One
CCR (Cosmic Color Ribbon) is equal to 50 pixels, or 150 channels. For
example, if you purchase one of our SuperStar ribbon tree kits (16
strands of 50 pixels), you would need the 16_CCR version of SuperStar
(800 pixels). If you are going to use SuperStar for the Auto Sequence
feature, you will likely be concerned with the number of channels
supported. For example, the 4_CCR version would allow you to control
200 pixels, or 600 channels. |

to select the
correct upgrade: You must know your current license level.
That level is displayed in the header of the SuperStar Sequence Editor.
From the drop
down box below, select the upgrade from your current level to the
higher level that you wish to purchase. |
