"TRYFORFREE" preorders are entered into a random drawing contest in November. 10 customers will receive up to $1,000.00 worth of their order for free. By entering the "TRYFORFREE" contest, you give permission for publishing of your first name, last initial, & city of residence. Employees of Light-O-Rama are not eligible to win.

IMPORTANT: All sale preorders have delayed shipping. Selecting an expedited shipping option does NOT bump your order ahead of everyone else, unless you also do NOT use a discount code. All presale orders with SUMMERSALE or TRYFORFREE discounts are fulfilled in the order they are placed during the pre-sale, regardless of an expedited shipping selection, once orders start shipping in that group (see above).

IMPORTANT: Payment for summer presale orders is collected when the order is PLACED, not when it is SHIPPED. PayPal/Banks don't expect delayed payment (due to delayed shipping). Collecting upfront avoids the bank cancelling your payment.

IMPORTANT: Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, no discount code may be applied or changed. (Discount Code = Delayed Shipping) If you forget to use a discount code when placing your order, you must contact our helpdesk BEFORE your order is packed to apply one.
