Light-O-Rama offers numerous FREE training and support options, including 70+ tutorial videos, nearly 800 pages of detailed software documentation, hardware manuals for every product, live Zoom Room Q&A sessions, the Official Light-O-Rama Facebook Group, the Official Light-O-Rama Forums, and free support via all tickets submitted to the Help Desk.
Emergency Troubleshooting Sessions can be scheduled with less than 18 hours notice from 7am-11pm Eastern any day of the week at a rate of an additional $50.00 per half hour for phone support or $75.00 per half hour for remote session support after also submitting regular session payment. A Training Session Request Form must first be submitted and accepted.
Emergency requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled, but we will give these requests priority over all others if a team member is available.
