The RGB-Flood-10W is a powerful yet compact, 12VDC RGB Flood. This package contains 8 of those floods and one CMB24D controller board so that you can save money by mounting the board and connecting it to power on your own. You will need a 12VDC power supply with a minimum of 100 Watts to use this controller board, and we highly recommend a weather proof enclosure for mounting and protecting your CMB24D controller.
Includes eight 10 watt RGB Floods (each with weather proof cast aluminum case (IP65))
With one 10W flood per output on a CMB24D controller, the recommended maximum extension length is 40ft. With multiple 10W floods per output, the maximum extension length will be reduced due to the double (or more) power draw per output.
Note:Software is not included. We recommend that you purchase theGeneric Starter Packageto receive the software at a discount. The latest version of the Light-O-Rama Software Suite is recommended. In order to use this flood light package in our'Ready to Go' sequences, you need the "Standard" license level or above.
CMB24D Dumb RGB Controller Details
The CMB24D is a microprocessor controlled DC voltage controller. This deluxe controller takes its commands from an internal stored sequence, another controller, a Light-O-Rama Show Director, the Light-O-Rama ShowTime Sequencing Suite Windows based personal computer software or DMX-512. The CMB24D can support interactive shows via three inputs activated by simple switch closures. One input can be used to start/stop an internal stand-alone sequence.
The RJ45 jacks on the CMB24D can be jumpered to support LOR networking or a standard DMX-512 E1.27 network. Screw terminals permit easy connection of loads.
The microprocessor performs the lighting effects from high level commands, for example: fade channel 12 from 20% intensity to 60% intensity over six seconds. This internal intelligence allows for very complex shows where thousands of changes in the lights are possible every second.
CMB24D RGB controller specifications
60 amp DC controller
8 pixel ports, each with three independent, 4 amps control channels (24 channels total)
Each pixel port is common anode based (typical for RGB LEDs)
Three trigger inputs

Can direct itself and a network of Light-O-Rama controllers(lights only, no music)
Can be directed by a Show Director, another controller or by the ShowTime Sequencing Suite
Can monitor an input to start an internal standalone sequence (lights only, no music)
Up to 240 CMB24D controllers on one data network
RJ45 network jacks can be configured for LOR or DMX (E1.27) wiring
256 levels for smooth fading with durations from 0.1 to 25 seconds
Each 12 channel (4 pixel ports) bank can handle a different DC voltage between 5 and 30V
Unit address switches to set LOR or DMX-512 network address
Power supply connection for accessories
7 1/4″ x 4″ (board only)
RGB 10W Flood Details
Input 12VDC, 10 Watts
Constant Current drivers using PWM for intensity
Weatherproof cast aluminum case (IP65)
Three control channels (red, green, blue), common anode
Light output: approximately 800 lumens when red, green and blue are at 100%
Comes with 16′, four wire power cord power cord to attach to controller (use theCMB24D)
Comes with 18″ dangle on the light for connecting to the above power cord
Requires a DC-PWM driver for RGB effects (use theCMB24D)
Requires a 12VDC power source
4.5″ w x 3.375″ h x 3.25″ deep
RGB floods can be any color you desire. Each flood puts out approximately 800 lumens (about like a 60 watt incandescent light bulb) and can be controlled independently using our CMB24D controller. Use multiple RGB floods and have your entire venue change color on command.

CMB24D RGB controller basic layout
1. The Light-O-Rama ShowTime Sequencing Suite works on your personal computer running Microsoft Windows and allows you to design your own shows. The ShowTime Sequencing Suite then runs your shows and sends the right commands at the right time to the various control channels. The ShowTime Sequencing Suite can even keep music and video synchronized to the controller commands.
2. Speakers to play the music accompanying your show are attached to the computer sound card.
3.Your personal computer communicates to the Light-O-Rama controllers using a device plugged into the computer’s serial or USB communications port. The blue line shows the standard serial output of the computer (RS-232 or USB) connected to our adapter that transforms the signal to the native Light-O-Rama network protocol (the green line) that then connects to our various types of controllers over standard computer network wire. We recommend Cat 5 LAN cables available from us and off-the-shelf from your local big box store in the computer section.
4. The Light-O-Rama CMB24D is connected to your network just like any other controller. The board is designed to drive eight dumb RGB devices. Each device has three channels (red, green, blue). You can purchase the components to assemble your own CMB24D if you're planning to connect to non-LOR dumb RGB devices.
5.The Light-O-Rama professional or residential high voltage AC light controllers include special effects such as simple on/off, intensities, smooth fading, twinkling, shimmering. Over 200 controllers can be daisy chained, mixed and matched on one LOR network giving you the ability to command thousands of channels. Need more channels? Add another Light-O-Rama network.
