The Mad Grab 'Overstock Inventory' Sale begins Friday, April 11, 2024 at 9:00 PM Eastern! If we have extra inventory from last season, it means you get a discount!

The Sale ends on Monday, April 14 at 11:59 PM Eastern OR once every item in the Mad Grab is sold out, whichever happens FIRST.

Purchasing Tips and FAQs

1. All items will show as "Sold Out" until 9:00pm ET on April 11. REFRESH at 9:00pm to see the added inventory if you are waiting on a product's page before the sale starts.
2. Popular items tend to sell out within the first 5 minutes. There are limited quantities of all items at these prices. More inventory will not be added once they are sold out.
3. We do NOT reserve inventory for anyone ahead of time. You have to fully checkout once the sale starts to purchase the discounted item.
4. Yes, you may purchase non-sale items in the same order to save on combined shipping. We recommend that you add these items to your cart before the sale.

Prior Orders and Discounts

1. Discounts on products are NOT retroactively applied.
2. If an item will be discounted in the Mad Grab and you buy it at regular price before 9:00pm eastern on Friday the 11th, you do NOT get sale pricing.
3. Only items with "MAD GRAB" in the title are discounted for the sale. Do not buy a regular item during the sale then try to ask for a retroactive discount because "you added the wrong one by mistake."
4. If you have placed a recent order (that has not shipped) that you would like to cancel so that you can try to buy the same product at Mad Grab pricing on Friday, a 3% fee will apply for lost credit card fees.

Mid Sale Stock Outs

Multiple customers may have the last of an item in their cart, but you'll only truly claim the item if you are the first person to finish checkout and submit payment.

If an item is sold out while in your cart, you'll see a notification that there is no more inventory available when you move to the next stage of checkout. Simply click the notification to remove the item from your cart, then continue with your order.

Freight Shipping

If you would like to have your order shipped by Pallet/Freight, please complete your online order during the Mad Grab, then contact us via help desk ticket on Monday for a quote. We will adjust your shipping fees if you qualify.
