The Pixie line of controllers is a simpler-to-use smart RGB controller that can be used with a Computer or Showtime Director. The number in the name of the controller (i.e. a Pixie8), refers to how many ports (or "places to plug in strands of pixels") there are on the controller. A Pixielink sACN adapter, used with Pixies, converts standard E1.31 (streaming ACN) into six RS485 output networks.

The Aurora Core is an advanced smart RGB controller with ethernet input compatible with the industry standard sACN (E1.31) or Art-Net. This controller cannot be used with a Showtime Director.

The "board only" products listed in this collection are NOT assembled and require that you add your own power supply and mount the controller in your own enclosure. These controller boards are not ready for immediate use with your display.

In order to connect to Light-O-Rama pixel strings, either the assembled controller or the pixel strings need to have attached dangles (but not both). LOR or Xconnect type dangles refers to the shape/size of the connection pins. Your dangles, extensions, and pixels must be the SAME type, or else you will need an adapter.
