Light-O-Rama offers numerous FREE training and support options, including 70+ tutorial videos, nearly 800 pages of detailed software documentation, hardware manuals for every product, live Zoom Room Q&A sessions, the Official Light-O-Rama Facebook Group, the Official Light-O-Rama Forums, and free support via all tickets submitted to the Help Desk.

To schedule a paid Training Session for extra support, please submit your session payment and select the session code provided to you after you selected a time for your appointment. If you have not yet submitted a Training Session Request Form, please click here. Payments made without a scheduled start time will be cancelled/refunded.

After submitting your payment, your session is officially scheduled. By submitting your payment, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed on this product page. You will receive a reminder email at least 2 hours prior to your sessions with instructions for joining at your scheduled start time. If you have questions or need to reschedule, please reply to your Help Desk ticket. See 'Terms and Conditions' for more information about rescheduling and refunds.

Sessions must be booked at least 18 hours in advance for standard pricing to apply. Emergency support or training requests to conduct a session on the same day as the request or with less than 18 hours notice will incur an additional $75.00 fee per half hour; please follow up in your help desk ticket to indicate you are requesting an emergency training after submitting your payment.

Emergency training requests are not guaranteed to be conducted in the time frame requested, but we will do our best to accept emergency requests if anyone on our team has availability. You will not be charged the additional fee unless the session is conducted within "emergency time frame' range.

New Training Requests are not reviewed after 5pm eastern on weekdays, or at all on Saturdays and Sundays. Please ensure you make your emergency request via our help desk during normal business hours.

By submitting this payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Training Sessions are not prepared presentations on your combined selected topics. You must be prepared with questions or scenarios to ask the LOR Expert conducting your session. Training will be tailored to your specific needs during the session in conversation format based on your questions. 

An internet connection is required for Training Sessions conducted via remote session. A working computer microphone is required if you've selected that option as your voice communication choice. A phone number is required for a computer sessions with phone call selection. Time spent troubleshooting an internet connection or computer settings counts as part of your training session time. 

We strongly encourage software to be installed, relevant files to be open, and relevant hardware to be accessible before your session begins. Time you spend opening files or unpacking hardware counts as part of your training session time. 

Cancellation notice must be provided to the help desk in your original appointment ticket at least 48 hours prior to the session start time in order to receive a full refund. No other methods of cancellation notice are accepted. Sessions cancelled with 4-48 hours notice will receive a 90% refund. Sessions will not be refunded if cancelled by the customer with less than 4 hours notice, or for customer "no shows," except in the event of verifiable medical or national emergencies. 

A Training Session may be rescheduled once with no additional fee if at least 12 hour's notice is provided; each additional reschedule will incur a $10.00 fee on top of your total session cost, due before the session begins. Rescheduling with 0.5-12 hour's notice will incur a $10.00 fee with no 'first-reschedule exception,' except in the event of medical emergencies, national emergencies, or verifiable power/internet outages. Requests to reschedule must be made in your original appointment help desk ticket.

'No Show' sessions or requests to reschedule with less than 30 minutes notice may not be rescheduled at a discounted rate. Full payment is required to schedule a session at a new time, except if you missed your original session as a "no show" due to medical or national emergency, or power outage.

If a Training Session is cancelled or a reschedule is requested by your LOR Expert for any reason, you may reschedule without a fee or choose to receive a full refund.

Refunds are not provided if you use less than your scheduled time. If the LOR Expert conducting your session does not have a following appointment and you would like to extend your training session, you will receive an invoice for the additional time after your session's conclusion, rounded up to the nearest 5 minute increment. If you have an outstanding invoice for more than 24 hours, your access to to future paid or free help desk support will be denied until payment is received. Standard wrap up conversation at the conclusion of your session that causes you to exceed your scheduled time by less than 5 minutes does not incur an additional charge. (If the LOR Expert has another appointment, your session must conclude by its scheduled time).

Sessions may be recorded for internal training purposes. A recording will not be provided to you or publicly released. If you would like to record your session, you must have your own recording software. Instruction on how to use or set up 3rd party recording software is not provided as a part of your session.
