Shining Bright Categories and Prizes
Proud of what you’ve done using Light-O-Rama technology? Share what you have created in 2025 for Christmas, Halloween, or any other holiday, in the category that fits your display the best. Our panel of judges will select a winner in each category!
Categories 2-7 must be sequenced exclusively using Light-O-Rama software and must be predominantly controlled using Light-O-Rama hardware. Submissions to an incorrect category will not be judged.

Video requirements for the Shining Bright Contest
Video must be posted to Vimeo.com or YouTube.com. We cannot use videos posted to Facebook, other social media sources, or your personal website.
- You must submit a SPECIFIC VIDEO. Link to full playlists with multiple videos will be automatically disqualified.
- Your video must be public or unlisted and be directly downloadable from either Vimeo or YouTube. Do NOT upload your video as "Made for Kids," as this makes it non-downloadable.
- Please make sure your video stays posted through March 31, 2026 for review.

A random drawing contest from all entries received with five (5) winners. Each entry form may contain up to five (5) video links, each counting as a separate entry in our drawing.
Each winner will receive a Light-O-Rama General Store Gift Card valued at $200.00 USD
Video requirements for the Shining Bright Contest
Your video must be posted on YouTube or Vimeo and must specifically reference or tag Light-O-Rama, LOR, or @LightORama-LOR in the keywords and/or in the video clip. Videos posted to Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc. are not accepted.
- You must use Light-O-Rama software and predominantly Light-O-Rama hardware in your display.
- You must submit a SPECIFIC VIDEO. Link to full playlists with multiple videos will be automatically disqualified.
- Your video must be public or unlisted and be directly downloadable from either Vimeo or YouTube. Do NOT upload your video as "Made for Kids," as this makes it non-downloadable.

Shining Bright and Share the Show Rules and Disclaimers
- Entries must be received by January 4, 2026 at 11:59pm, EST.
- You must use an official entry form to submit your display.
- Only one entry form per person. If you submit multiple entries, only the most recent will be judged.
- Submissions to an incorrect category in Shining Bright will not be considered. Please ensure you meet the criteria before you submit.
- Employees of Light O Rama Inc., and employees’ immediate family members are excluded from this contest.
- Decisions of the contest panel of judges are final for judged categories.
By claiming the prize, the winners authorize the use, without additional compensation of their name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Light O Rama may deem appropriate.
In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Light O Rama, Inc. may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or use of prizes. Light O Rama, Inc. retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. This contest is subject to all USA federal, state and municipal laws. All entries become the property of Light-O-Rama, Inc. Entrants agree that their video entries may be displayed on the Light-O-Rama web site in full or partial form.
Entries for Shining Bright will be judged on curb appeal, overall creativity, use of materials, exactness of synchronization (computerized shows), use of color and originality. Judging for categories will be performed by a panel of multiple judges.
