Our shipping business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for processing or shipping. An order must be placed before 10:00am ET for that day to count as one of estimated processing/shipping days. UPS and USPS may experience delivery delays out of our control.

If you are Tax Exempt, you must send a copy of your Exemption form to our helpdesk BEFORE you place your order. Do not checkout if you should be a tax exempt organization and are seeing tax estimated in your cart. Contact us FIRST. If we have to cancel, refund, and reprocess a newly tax exempt order, there is a 5% fee.
