• If your board has 'MKII' or 'ECO' on it (usually next to the word 'PixCon16', it is a "MKII" version.
• If your board does not have MKII or ECO on it, it is an "Original" version
• You can also check the version when configuring a PixCon16. Open the PixCon16 configuration utility, go to the PixCon16 you want to update, and go to the "Misc" tab. If the firmware version you see when configuring your PixCon16 begins with a "2" (ex: 2.0.13) it is a "MKII" version. If the firmware version you see when configuring your PixCon16 begins with a "1" (ex: 1.4.14) it is an "Original" version.
