Depending on your sequence purchase date, you may be eligible for sequence credit towards larger layout versions.

Discount credit is NOT automatic or retroactively applied; you must contact our helpdesk with your previous order numbers before ordering.

Traditional Layout sequences contain effects for 64 AC channels and floods. No RGB effects are included. RTG sequences cannot be modified in terms or props or effects.

Traditional {RTG} to Traditional {YCM}
  • RTG purchased less than 5 years ago: Credit equal to the price you paid for RTG
  • RTG purchased more than 5 years ago: No credit

Traditional {RTG/YCM} to RGBPlus {YCM)
  • If RGBPlus is already available when you buy the Traditional {RTG/YCM} version, you have 1 year from your purchase date to upgrade and apply your purchase as a credit.
  • If RGBPlus is released after your purchase, you can apply your Traditional Layout {RTG/YCM} purchase as a credit if it was made in the 18 months prior to the RGBPlus release date. You then have 1 year from the RGBPlus release date to contact us to use that credit.

Traditional {RGB/YCM} to Pixel Bright {YCM}
  • If Pixel Bright is already available when you buy the Traditional {RTG/YCM} version, you have 1 year from your purchase date to upgrade and apply your purchase as a credit.
  • If Pixel Bright is released after your purchase, you can apply your Traditional Layout {RTG/YCM} purchase as a credit if it was made in the 18 months prior to the Pixel Bright release date. You then have 1 year from the Pixel Bright release date to contact us to use that credit.

I own Deluxe Sequences. Upgrade to...

Deluxe Layout sequences are available on SD cards only, and contain effects for 64 AC channels, floods, 2 size pixel trees, and legacy 4 mouth Singing Trees. RTG sequences cannot be modified in terms or props or effects.

Deluxe {RTG} to Deluxe {YCM}
  • RTG purchased less than 5 years ago: Credit equal to the price you paid for RTG
  • RTG purchased more than 5 years ago: No credit

Deluxe {RTG/YCM} to RGBPlus {YCM)
  • Purchased less than 2 years ago: Credit equal to the price you paid for Deluxe RTG/YCM
  • Purchased between 2-3 years ago: Credit equal to half the price you paid for Deluxe RTG/YCM
  • Purchased more than 3 years ago: No credit offered

Deluxe {RTG/YCM} to Pixel Bright {YCM}
  • Pixel Bright Sequences are not available on SD cards as they are not natively compatible with a Showtime Director.
  • If your Deluxe SD card purchase was less than 2 years ago, you can earn a maximum credit of $17.49 {YCM} or $12.49 {RTG} per sequence towards individual digital download Pixel Bright sequences. (Credit may be lower if you purchased your SD Card at a discount)

I own RGBPlus Sequences. Upgrade to...

RGBPlus Layout sequences contain effects for 64 AC channels, 12 sets of RGB Props, and Singing Trees / Pumpkins. All RGBPlus sequences are 'You Can Modify.'

RGBPlus {YCM} to Pixel Bright {YCM}
  • RGBPlus purchased less than 5 years ago: Credit equal to the price you paid for RGBPlus
  • RGBPlus purchased more than 5 years ago: No credit

RGBPlus Christmas to RGBPlus Halloween (v.v.)
  • Purchased less than 3 years ago: Credit equal to the price you paid for RGBPlus applied towards the combo C+H pack

RGBPlus {YCM} SD Card to Digital Pixel Bright

RGBPlus SD Cards purchased less than 5 Years ago = credit per Pixel Bright Sequence. Upgrades are provided as digital download only; not on physical SD cards. If cards were purchased at regular price, your credit would be:

  • Jingle All The Way: $37.49 credit per sequence
  • Santa's Top 10: $37.49 credit per sequence
  • Christmas Easy Listening: $37.49 credit per sequence
  • Christmas by Michael Bublé: $37.49 credit per sequence
  • Classic Christmas: $37.49 credit per sequence
  • Christmas Now: $42.49 credit per sequence
  • That's Christmas: $42.49 credit per sequence
  • Pentatonix Christmas: $45.49 credit per sequence
  • Trans Siberian Orchestra: $45.49 credit per sequence

(Discount credit will be lower if you purchased your SD Card at a discount. It will equal the amount you paid per sequence included on the card.)

I own Singing Face Standalone Sequences. Upgrade to...

Singing Face Standalones either contain effects for LOR RGB Trees, Pumpkins, Bulbs (or a combination of the three, listed per sequence page). They are not compatible with AC 8-channel singing faces. Singing Face Standalone MATRIX sequences contain a variety of singing characters and additional animations on a 32x50 RGB Matrix.

Singing Trees to Singing Pumpkins (v.v.)
  • If a sequence has both a Christmas and Halloween version of RGBPlus, both the Singing Tree version and the Singing Pumpkin version are included in an SFSA download.
  • If the Trees or Pumpkins are later released for that sequence, you can download the other for free if you previously purchased the SFSA

Singing Trees to Singing Bulbs
  • Sequences will be upgraded overtime to include Singing Bulb Standalone Sequences (SFSA-B).
  • If you have previously purchased the Singing Tree SFSA sequence, you can download the SFSA-B sequence for free when it is released.

Singing Trees / Pumpkins / Bulbs to Singing Character Matrix (v.v.)
  • There is no credit applied from an SFSA sequence for LOR Trees/Pumpkins/Bulbs applied towards a Singing Character Matrix sequence. The sequences are created for different types of props, and the Character Matrix includes advanced animations and additional effects.

Singing Trees / Pumpkins to RGBPlus
  • Effects for Singing Trees or Pumpkins (holiday dependent) are already included in RGBPlus. You do not need to purchase an SFSA sequence separately.
  • You have 7 days from the date of an accidental SFSA purchase to contact us and apply the amount paid towards RGBPlus.

Singing Trees / Bulbs / Matrix to Pixel Bright
  • Effects for Singing Trees , Bulbs, and the 32x50 Character Matrix are already included in Pixel Bright. You do not need to purchase an SFSA sequence separately.
  • You have 7 days from the date of an accidental SFSA purchase to contact us and apply the amount paid towards Pixel Bright.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered once a sequence has been downloaded. (Our system shows us if a sequence has been downloaded from an order)

If you mistakenly ordered a sequence or ordered a layout that is not compatible with your display, and have NOT yet downloaded the file, please contact the helpdesk within 3 business days and include your order number.

If you accidently make a duplicate purchase of a sequence you already own in the same layout, you must contact our help desk before the end of the same calendar year as the order for a refund or credit.
