What does this simplification mean for you?
I have a Basic Level License
- Use version 6.3.16 or below to keep current features. Keep access to 2 Unit IDs on non-ELOR networks
- Download version 6.4.0+ for instant access to 1 ELOR Network and 4 Unit IDs, and 1 DMX Universe. Control up to 64 AC channels or 680 smart pixels.
- If you purchased a Basic license before July 1, you'll still have access to helpdesk support, even if you switch to the new FREE Basic version.
I have a Basic Plus Level License
- Your current feature access stays the same. No changes.
- New Basic Plus licenses can't be purchased after July 1, but yours will still work with all software versions.
- To use version 6.4.0+ and control smart pixels, switch to the new Free Basic license (optional). There is no cost for you to switch. Compare the features of Basic Plus and the Free Basic version in the table below.
- You'll still have access to helpdesk support, even if you switch to the new FREE Basic version.
- Upgrade to Advanced or Pro with 10% off through July 31 - no code needed.
I have a Standard Level License

- Continue to receive technical support due to your original license purchase
I have a Pro Level License
- No feature changes. Your Pro license still works with all software versions, including 6.4.0+.
- You’ll keep full access to all the features in Advanced, as well as unlimited Unit IDs for LOR or ELOR Networks, Unlimited DMX Universes, the Motion Effect Generator, use of full RGBPlus sequencing effects, Time Code Sync, Cue List Player, Rest API, new IGNITE Firing System support for fireworks integration, and future software features designed exclusively for Pro users.
